We’ve been turning milk from Ilam’s farms into cheese since 2009: our own Kanchan, wood-smoked cheese, yak cheese and more. Taste it at our shops in Kathmandu, Ilam and Pokhara.

We make cheese at our own dairy in Ilam, eastern Nepal, from the milk of local farms: Kanchan, smoked, aged and yak (nak) cheese, mozzarella, gouda, brie, paneer and more.
